Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 dropped the ability to measure a wearer’s blood oxygen levels in the US due to a 2024 ruling. The restriction was imposed on the Cupertino company after a lawsuit was filed by a medical instrument manufacturer. Recently, the tech giant announced that it has brought the feature back for its Watch Series 10, Series 9, and Ultra 2. This pushed Masimo to file a lawsuit again, but this time against the US Customs and Border Protection.

The Online Gaming bill, piloted by Minister of Electronics and IT Ashwini Vaishnaw, was approved by the Upper House after rejecting amendments moved by Opposition members. The bill was passed by the Lok Sabha on Wednesday.
