eSIM Mobile Fraud: I4C Warns Users of eSIM Scams, Shares Tips to Stay Safe

The Department of Telecommunications’ (DoT) Financial Fraud Risk Indicator (FRI) recently blacklisted between 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 SIM cards that were allegedly being used to commit financial fraud, as per a report. Now, another government agency, the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C) has issued a warning regarding an e-SIM fraud, where the bad actors were able to gain access to a victim’s account, even if their UPI and ATM cards were blocked.

Anthropic Seeks Permission to Train AI Model on User Conversations, Updates Privacy Policy

Anthropic announced an update to its privacy policy on Thursday, highlighting that it will now train its existing and future artificial intelligence (AI) models on users’ conversations. The San Francisco-based AI company highlighted that it is now giving users an option to either accept or deny this change. This revised policy only affects the end consumers and is not aimed at the enterprise customers of Anthropic.
