Samsung has announced that it will soon introduce a new Digital Car key functionality in its native Wallet app, which will allow Mahindra electric SUV owners to unlock and lock their cars from their Galaxy devices. Owners will no longer need a physical key fob or a key to access their Mahindra SUV. While the company has not revealed the names of the "select vehicles" that will support the features, it will likely be the November 2024-launched Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e, which are part of the automotive giant's born electric platform.
